Terms and Conditions
Booking Terms-
A binding contract will be formed when Ecclesall First Aid Training accepts a customers booking.
Bookings;
May be made by email, website, letter or telephone against our invoice. Telephone bookings must be confirmed by email.
We will confirm all bookings by email.
Certificates may not normally be issued until course fees have been paid in full. If certificate is issued prior to payment, then full payment will be required within 1month of the the date of reciept.
Transfers;
If circumstances mean that you need to transfer to another course then this may be allowed depending on the notice given and course availability. There will be no charge for this up to 4 weeks prior to course commencement. A charge will be made for any transfers within 4 weeks at 50% of the cost of the course fee.
Cancellation;
If a candidate is late or absent from any session we reserve the right not to accept them for further training, as full attendance of each session is required. In this case course fees will not be refunded.
If due to unforeseen circumstances we have to cancel a course then Ecclesall First Aid Training will try to give candidates as much notice as possible (at least 1 week) and offer a free transfer to another course or a full refund of course fees.
Guidance for employers;
The duties of a First Aider can be physically demanding. It is the employer's responsibility to ensure that the candidates are free from any conditions that would affect thier capability and to ensure they have the aptitude to cope with an intensive course of study.
Ecclesall First Aid Training reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at anytime by posting changes on our website.Your continued use of this site after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement.
There is a £100 surcharge for courses within the M25
